10 day work week OVAR!!!

SO … I signed up for this 10 day work week business … actually no. I needed tomorrow (Friday) off and the only way for me to do so was to trade my shifts around and work 10 days straight … and today the madness is over. haha work is not so bad though so .. i dont mind. I am looking forward to sleeping in though .. next week I work 7:30- 3:30 … I am not looking forward to that as I do not like waking up early.

So yes I got my tattoo fixed on Monday .. it was good times .. I enjoyed the needles on my back hahaha .. I loved it .. In fact I want to get another tattoo .. with no ink .. just to feel the needles on my back LOL .. k no maybe that is exaggerating but .. I did enjoy the sensation. Pain meter I give it a 3.5-4 out of 10. Some parts reached a level 7 and that was only for about 25 seconds out of the 2 and a half hours hahaha.

It is much bigger than it was before  I like it .. I am thinking of adding colour a bit later .. right now it is starting to get a bit itchy … and it’s peeling lol .. woot .. I can’t wait till it heals.

Yep … LOL I am at the climax of this madness .. I cannot wait till it is over … I would really like to sleep in soon hahaha I worked hard on my warlock (wow)  averaging 1 lvl/ night lol

Umm I am getting my tattoo fixed on Monday wooot!! .. quite excited about that .. more on this as the story develops .. umm also .. Richard’s on Richard’s is officially closed … =( it is a sad time for us crazy folk that went to some great shows there. *sigh*

… I am at work .. keeping it real … and I am quite bored … I am not looking forward to my one day weekend .. but .. it’s KAY … also I am working late shifts today .. and that too is KAY .. why? cuz I get to sleep in I guess .. yep … 1215-815 .. go home .. play video games/do what ever … sleep at 2 .. wake up at 10 and then work again … also .. it’s a good shift for when you are trying to save monies …. I am not really saving for anything really .. just .. generally .. you know .. it’s about time I beging to start being a smart spender.

Yep .. so .. let’s see.. yes … if you have read my previous blog post you may have seen that I was at the Flea Market on Saturday afternoon …  anyways .. yes after that was over .. I went to teh BEAAAACHH! .. Yeah I did .. why? because I want to work on my Tan .. I am a very pale Spanish person

k so I was typing all of that at work  and now I am at home

it got really busy .. there was no idle time which is w/e … I mean it’s nice but .. work is work I guess.

K so yes … I went to the beach Sat night … it was fun .. cept we got there late and there was no sun left! .. I am not if I mentioned that previously but anways that’s what happened  … anyways we hung out till the sun set .. it was like 10ish or something .. so we proceeded to find something for dessert .. and I remembered about the place around there that is strictly a dessert restaurant … I believe it is called True Confections or something I forgot already haha anyways I had the Tiramisu Cheesecake .. it was orgasmically delicious .. UGHH I want some now HAH .. k yes .. perhaps another time .. yes .. what else? ..

Yeah the next day i went to the festival my mother was at… it was in Surrey it was alright .. we were there last year .. umm we were in the Mexico booth .. HAHAHHA I thought it was funny … mainly because we are not Mexican .. anways yes .. we ate pupusas .. soo good .. umm yes .. I got my tan on .. a bit … but you know .. still not good enough! … we made some mad monies there .. umm then the day was over .. OH yeah .. when we were closing .. some drunk kids came over to buy knock off Ed Hardy stuff from my mothers bf .. one of thems tarted talking to me .. interrogating me etc… I just played along cuz .. w/e never gonna see this kid again .. anyways eventually he asked me if I liked Akon .. and I was like .. uhhh .. and then he was like .. If I buy you a ticket to the concert wanna go with me? LOL .. anyways .. I was like yeah I dunno .. Ill think about it … then he was like .. have you heard the song he does with “Winsin y Yandel” & “Aventura” … and i was like nope .. and he was like REALLY??  anyways after he got over this disbelief .. he said that he dedicated that song to me .. to listen to it and watch the video .. LOL HAHAHAHA … and he was like yeah best song ever!! .. you are gonna listen to it 10 times in a row .. its so good .. anyways yes so eventually he found out I was 24 lol .. and he was like .. oh .. Im 19 LOL HAHAH ..that was pretty funny that whole situaish… so yes I was so glad to be home that night … I was pooped

Sadly today I had to work but meh … it was a late shift so I at least got to sleep in =D it was okay to start .. there was a bit of down time around half way through my shift then it picked up ..

I have raised $350 to fix my tattoo … long story short … I want to cover some stuff up LOL that is more than enough to fix it I’d say .. I just gotta figure out what I can put over it to make it snazzy .. but yes .. I have a week for that .. I can’t wait till I fix it yay!

k yes stay tuned as in the future … I write about .. how I am not a fan of my own race and why …. as well as a little rant on how much I dislike modern songs that sample classics from decades ago … BE ORIGINAL PEOPLE COME ON!!!  yes

… also I dyed my hair today .. dark dark dark brown … and the parts that were purple needed to be bleached .. only because the roots were growing out .. so right now those chunks are blonde .. but .. the next time I wash it I will put the purple back in =) I love it!

At the flea market

So…. I’m not sure if many of you know this but, my mom has a snazzy booth at the Vancouver flea market. It’s quite the snazz!!! She sells snazzy t-shirts … now … she has been doing this for ages …. all my life basically … and it didn’t start with shirts it evolved from music. So …. anyways … she is a very busy lady and also sells said merch at festivals …. and since she can’t be in two places at once …. she summons me to woMAN the “shop” at the flea market…. so yea …. Lately I’ve been here quite frequently as she has been a busy bee at these summer festivals an what not …. so yeah I thought I’d share with you these ordeals lol also if you are wondering what kind of shirts she sells and what not … I’ve attached some visual aid … Please advise . Oooh also what is really snazzy is she has a cd player so I bring CDs for my listening pleasure …. Right now I am being entertained by the lovely sound of Louder Than Bombs – The Smiths LOVE IT!!!!

Empanadas

I would just like to share with you all … a little insiders info on this snazzy culinary delight we all know as empanadas.

Yes so …  I guess the point what I am trying to get across here, is that a lot of the things you see on your “Taco Bell” menu aren’t necessarily restricted to what Taco Bell says they are.

A good example of that is … a “quesadilla”  you may know it as cheesy with occasionally other ingredients folded into a flour tortilla … very yummy might I add. I am LOVING this weather … I am typing this as my nails dry …  also .. listening to Incubus … I checked their tour dates .. and no stop in Vancouver .. WTH!!!!! They need to frickin come here .. one of my childhood/teenage dreams is to see them live … geeez .. I need to see Mr.Boyd in the flesh hahaha … also this typing is messing up my nails .. meh i dont care hahaha  k yes

I hve not yet dyed my hair like I said …. I have an idea brewing now though … but I am going to wait a bit … maybe next week … it is going to require a bit more bleaching … and then purple again … and black .. yarg! yes .. hmm what else? … I need to get my tattoo re-snazzed sometime soon .. but I am in no rush for that … umm yeah .. I need a break …

my room is very hot =\ … I am not a fan of this … what else? … I saw Brüno last night … pretty hilarious .. I recommend it to EVERYONE HAHAHA jk .. yeah .. I guess it’s not for everyone .. but if your a cool cat you will laugh… brainless humour .. hilAAAARIOUS!!Its pretty raunchy so if you are one of those conservative/reserved types … watch Harry Potter instead.

my weekend forecast calls for being tripple scheduled on Saturday and double scheduled on Sunday … I need longer weekends to accomdate these appointments and what not .. my goodness X_X  uhghhhh and then next weekend I only have 1 day off .. UGHHHHH

BUT BUT BUT … then I have a 4 day weekend and yes that will be grand!

so …. I was at the flea market today …

and I was gonna blog via iPhone .. but … I accidentally deleted my draft … WAY TO GO ME~!! .. goodness .. anyhoo

=| my weekend was puuuuurdy good.

On Friday I worked until … 5? yeah 5… meh work .. UGHHH!!! anyways LOL

after work I trimmed homegirl Sofia’s bangs … she is looking fly!

Then my friend Mario  and I went to the town of metro .. I got a book for my sister .. we ate curly fries .. they were yummy … we walked around metro .. and by around I mean on the outside … then we were like … k this is boring .. so we went to Commercial .. and walked on Commercial .. t’was just gonna be a brief walk but it ended up being one of those snazzy long distance walks I love .. we walked from Commercial and Venables to Commercial and Broadway .. to Broadway and Main to Main and Venables .. back to Commercial … basically a big square …. I was pleased … I don’t remember what I did when I got home … OOOH yes I proceeded to download the J Lo discography bahahhaha .. k yes .. what else? .. yeah .. then .. it was .. Saturday ..

On Saturday I was at the flea market .. I went as my mother cound not be there .. she has a table there .. two actually .. she’s got quite the display going … anyways … I was stuck there because she had to go to some festival to sell stuff there. I purchased an iced coffee before I got there .. I needed something to keep me awake and some sort of beverage that I’d be able to sip on all day .. I was unable to leave the table so .. I came prepared .. with … a granola bar LOL … which … I didn’t even eat hahah so yes .. back to the beginning of the day … I put my coffee on the top of a rack and ..went to set some stuff up …. blah blah .. when I went to get a sip of my coffee .. IT WAS ON THE FLOOR … SPILL ON THE FLOOR .. the coffee .. the iced coffee that I was really looking forward to drinking all day. *le sigh* … so .. to make things worse … it was REALLY FRIGGIN HOT!!!!!

so yes .. it was REALLY frickin hot and I had nothing to cool me down in terms of beverages … so yeah … I had to deal with it …. unTIL .. my awesome cousin came along .. and was very kind .. very very kind .. she went to the BUCKS to get me an iced coffee .. I was pleased .. yay! She is my favorite deputy … but yes .. back to business .. literally … it was really slow .. like .. ridiculous .. and I was quite bored but I was on the twitter on my phone .. so .. I had some chatting action going at least .. and .. I had my MUSIC of course .. for Saturday’s choice of entertainment I went with a few artists … I went with Minus the Bear, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club (Howl which I LOOOOVE LOVE IT .. I remember when I worked at Music World I would always play it .. and everytime I did .. someone would ask me what was playing . … and I’d show them .. and theyd ALWAYS BUY! .. I loved pimping my boys like that hahaha ), M.I.A., Chromeo .. and hmm was that it? … I’m sure there was one more .. hmm .. I don’t remember .. anyways .. yes .. so the day at the flea market quickly came to an end and I had made plans with homegirl Sofia to chilloutizzle on Main St .. dinner/walk/shawps … w/e

I met said young lady at Mcdonalds (they have air conditioning) .. so yes .. then we proceeded towards main st. …. I parked my car on some side street .. 20th and Main .. and .. we walked to “The Main” where we ate … mmmm .. pasta .. UGHHH love!!  Also there was some long island iced tea action .. and lots and lots of water because it was really hot … so then yes .. we proceeded to walk to chinatown .. to the night market  (20 + blocks ).. in seach for .. a Hello Kitty fan … (no .. not me.. I mean a FAN for ventilation purposes) … we wer- .. I mean .. I was not successful .. so .. we went to Andy Livingstone Park .. and we tried just hanging out on a grassy knoll for a while but there were WAAAY too many flies .. like you know those .. annoying flies that hang out and just swarm around your face and .. its just not cool ahha .. so we walked to the inlet by Science World (aka. Telusphere/ Telus World of Science) .. and we found a nifty little park and just hung out there until the sun set … we played 20 questions/this or that  HAHAHAH it was fun … some funny questions .. anyhoo .. we hung out at that park till about 10:30 … then we trekked back to my car … 20 blocks .. uphill lol .. WOOOT I love walking ! haha   yes so the night was over .. what did I do … I dont remember =\

SUNDAY MORNING!!!! I was waken up by the neighbour … and his weed wacker … and my dog barking … (my typical Sunday morning haha) .. anyhoo .. I had to go to the flea market again .. so … I did .. I purchased another iced coffee .. and was successful at not knocking it over this time … it was really busy today .. good good .. made some sales … I was too busy to kill time on my phone .. today the musical entertainment consited of The White Stripes, cKy, Red Hot Chili Peppers .. and the Lords of Dogtown soundtrack (which I recommend everyone purchase) .. umm yeah .. closed at around 4:30 .. left .. came home .. did some excercise .. burnt some calories .. showered and now I am here … actually I also watched some music videos on youtube … Spanish rock-type stuff .. and yes .. yup .. oh I cleaned my room a little .. yes . yup .. UGH .. I did and didn’t enjoy my weekend … I don’t wanna go to work tomorrow…. I like being a vegetable at LEAST one day out of the weekend … and that .. did not occur .. so yes .. next weekend .. I will starr .. In .. THE CARROT!!
